There’s an old saying: If you want something done, ask a busy person to do it.
Something similar can be said about effective business consulting: If you need help with your business, ask a professional with a successful track record of leading companies, devising thoughtful strategies, refining operations, hiring and managing staff, improving productivity, and growing profits. So it made perfect sense that when a small business owner needed help a few years ago, he contacted a person who fit the bill perfectly, Annette Walter. Although Annette wasn’t a consultant at the time, she did possess the truly unique expertise and experience to provide the insight and assistance he needed. An accomplished small business owner, chief operating officer, and banking industry executive, Annette had, by then, created, bought, operated, and overhauled several companies. Busy heading her own business at the time, she hadn’t thought much about providing consulting on a regular basis. But during her productive collaboration with that small business owner who asked for her help, Annette discovered a passion for the mission that matched her profound interest in business and the people who lead them.
It was then that Annette decided to launch iEvolve Consulting so she could help others, as she helped him, to get the most out of their companies and themselves.
