112. Express Tip #56: Success Loves Speed

What comes to your mind if I say: “Success loves speed”?

This quote seems to confuse people the moment I say it, maybe they don’t get it at first, or they don’t agree with it but I encourage you to hear me out and let me explain.

Here’s what I mean when I say that success loves speed. It has to do with the decision making process in your business. One of the things that I see out there in my coaching sessions, in our group sessions, and our masterminds is that the decision making process is not fast enough, there’s no system in place and it ends up costing you more money than it should.

If you want to be a good, strong, solid decision maker, first, you need to know that there’s no right or wrong decision when it comes to your business most of the time. Especially in these unchartered waters, like Covid-19. Making a fast decision to pivot or improve anything in your business is essential, but you need to have the right tools and resources.

Having the right tools and resources will give you the confidence to be more efficient in your business, so the decision making process becomes easier, letting success to arrive faster.  Hence, “Success loves speed”.

When you are scaling your business to new levels, it becomes a “new level, new devil”. One of the best tools I use to make decisions in my business is the Core Values Index. It is a powerful tool that helps me measure people in my organization, it helps me with my clients, my marriage, our team development, and me. It helps me when I’m coaching clients and their team development.

This objective tool will help you make the best quick decisions, I use this when I’m hiring, and when I’m helping my clients to hire.

Make sure you are making decisions quickly in your business when you reach a new level or when you feel that it needs to pivot, and with an efficient tool like the CVI. Do you want to know more about my Core Values Index tool? Reach out to me, Book one session, no strings attached. I would love to help you reach your personal and business goals.

Remember, success loves speed. Have amazing people, resources, and tools around you to help you make those quick decisions and scale your business.
