Funnel Management & Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

iEvolve Consulting is looking to expand our rapidly growing team! We are currently hiring a Funnel Management & Sales Coordinator. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized individual to develop, manage, follow through and create a conversion strategy for our company’s sales funnel. This successful candidate will become the point of reference for our new clients and will be backed by a marketing and development team. The goal is to facilitate the online sales funnel and follow up sequence for our digital program and masterminds.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance sales funnel and sequence in software including WordPress, MailChimp, GuruCan and Funnel Gorgeous
  • Improve new client conversions
  • Meet with team to track, update and improve ad spend and social media strategy based of funnel’s performance
  • Engage and proactively seek prospects engaging with the funnel
  • Develop and Improve nurture sequences

Skills:

  • Proficient in WordPress and MailChimp, familiarity with google and facebook ads
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

This part-time, remote role is perfect for the individual who desires to work with people and help them succeed. Candidates must display high energy, exceptional organization and the ability to communicate in a clear and succinct way.

Ideal candidates will have sales either business and/or coaching experience (bonus points if in business, coaching, entrepreneur industries) and can demonstrate the ability to confidently convey feedback and direction in a non-emotional, yet supportive way. Must love systems and tracking, and enjoy finding ways to consistently innovate for improved results.

Additional Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into all conversion events
  • Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into our free Facebook Group
  • Support list-building objectives organically to meet monthly targets
  • Nurture leads inside a private Facebook group to keep engaged and participating
  • Lead on social messaging prospects for high dollar packages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Building an individual database of leads and executing on regular follow up and nurture, directing leads into conversion events, etc.
  • Following set metrics-based tracking system for all sales and marketing activities and reporting/recapping progress to CEO daily

Metrics for success:

  • List-building and community building metrics met by week and by month
  • Weekly social messaging and lead generation
  • Consultations scheduled metrics met
  • Sales dollars closed each week/during launched
  • Increased engagement by ideal leads on social media
  • Increased viewers/listeners/consumers across all audio/video content
