Whenever I’m coaching business owners, there’s always a set of entrepreneur patterns that are similar between all of them, indistinctively if they’re male or female, if they have a newer company or an existing one, or if their team is just one person or a team of 30 people. Oftentimes the patterns I’ve seen are lack of confidence, identity crisis, self-doubt, team development, and how to have the hard fierce conversations (that we may not want to have) with someone in our team or someone in our company. These are the things that I help you work through. But what comes up the most as a pattern is a limited mindset. True growth and wealth in life and business depend on your mindset.
Growth Mindset
Mindset is your set of thoughts and beliefs about how your life and business should be and your place in it. Your habits, whether good or bad, are rooted in your mindset. Your feelings of safety or uncertainty, limitation or resourcefulness, are affected by your beliefs about life, money, and business.
Of course, there are good and bad periods of time, we’ve recently gone through one with Covid, and its rollercoaster that we continue to be on, but the entrepreneur patterns continue to be the same. So once you can identify the pattern and narrow in on what could be going on with you and your mindset specifically as a business owner, not only would you make huge progress, but everything will change.
That’s when your business really scales.

You can break out of it, choose to release your limiting beliefs around success, and create an abundance mindset.
