I always come to you with patterns and themes that I see amongst all the entrepreneurs I work with in Mastermind groups, Private Coaching Sessions, and those who have participated and graduated from some of our digital programs.
Our most recent digital program is the Team Maker Formula. It helps you identify where you need to hire in your organization, how to make the right hire, and set the best interview and onboarding process. In doing so, you avoid spending a lot of money and resources with the wrong hire because we know how costly that can be. So that’s why I want you to think about this: what do you need to outgrow right now?
What are you holding on to that no longer serves you? It is okay to outgrow things – we as entrepreneurs can outgrow vendors, different groups, associations, coaches, and even people on our team. That happens, and that’s okay.
So what are you still participating in that maybe you don’t need to be anymore? I want you to stop and think about that because your time is valuable. You need to be a productive leader doing the things that excite you and best serve your skills. Pay more attention to your self-care and what is truly the best use of your time. When you do this, you can do the incredible things you were made to do and take advantage of your genius zone as an entrepreneur and business owner.
As often as possible, I want you to think about what’s really important and what you’ve outgrown. So I’m giving you grace and courage to make those decisions and say, I’m okay with moving on, I’m okay with letting go of this, I’ve outgrown it, and it’s time to move on. Go on new adventures, try new hobbies, eat new foods, and start living life to the fullest.
