I’ve gotten a tip from Mel Robbins, who is one of my favorite authors and motivational speakers out there. What does Mel do? She looks for a heart in nature every day, something in the shape of a heart. How amazing is that? So the other day, my boys were home from school, and we took the dog to run on the hill. We had a moment where we were all tired, so we decided to rest on the hill, and I remembered Mel’s tip so we started to search for the heart and guess where we found it? Up in the clouds! Once we found it, I had an entire conversation with my boys about trying to look for a heart every day. This fun activity turned into seeing things everywhere and they all saw good, amazing things. These simple reminders can ground you throughout your day and bring your consciousness back to appreciating the good.
Appreciation and gratitude for what you have will open you up to have more of what you want. This is the express tip for this week: when you focus on the good, the good turns to great, and when you focus on the bad, the bad turns to worse. This is a reminder that your mindset in life and business is everything. Keep your positive energy up and be self aware of all the beautiful things that happen to you every day.
When you focus on the good and stay in the positive lane, you find it easier to remember what you’re grateful for. So take time to look for the positive things out there (like hearts!), the happy moments, and the lovely coincidences in life. When you do this you’ll keep multiplying them.
Move away from your worries and stress. I know it’s easier said than done but take this moment to calm your mind and really try to find the good in your life and be grateful for it. Look for the good, look for those hearts.
