Entrepreneurs and business owners are wired to be tenacious, to keep on going, and to chase the next goal and level of growth. And sometimes you forget to stop and celebrate your wins, whether they’re big or small.
So today I want to encourage you to stop climbing your mountain for a second, turn around, look down and see how far you’ve come.
We all tend to continuously look up the mountain to see where we need to go and how long it will take to conquer our goals. And that is great, to keep the momentum going but every once in a while, it is okay to just stop. Be grateful for where you are and how much you’ve accomplished. Celebrate and applaud how far your company and your team have come. Reflect with each person on your team, celebrate how much they’ve grown, what they’ve done and the impact they’ve made. High Five them.
Enjoy the journey and let that appreciation feeling serve as fuel to keep you going. Look up that mountain and know that you can conquer it because of all you’ve already done. Yes, you’ve done a lot of hard stuff so far, and you can continue to push through.
You’re making things happen and I’m really proud of you.
What do you think, do you agree? Have you ever just stopped to realize everything that you’ve accomplished this year? The past two years? Always be kind and gentle to yourself. I’m sending you a big virtual hug and an energetic high five, reach out and let me know what are you celebrating and appreciating this year. Email me at YouRock@ievolveconsulting.com, see you soon!
Keep evolving, entrepreneur! I see you, I get you, and I’m so proud of you.

I’m grateful for this community and our most powerful platform, The Entrepreneur Evolution Empowerment Group. A group of rockstars entrepreneurs that are on the way to five million and 10 million dollars in revenue. We have accountability bi-weekly meetings where we go through topics of leadership, development, and tons of resources. These entrepreneurs are leaders and still growing, and I’m very proud of them.
