Everything you need to know is right in front of you – did you know that?

You need to ask the right questions to tackle exactly what you need in your business. Uncovering the answers to these questions is imperative to growing and scaling your business.

If you are having struggles right now, there is a good chance you are not asking the right questions of the right people. Your team is there for you, but they need your leadership. Many times, leadership is asking the right questions.

Here are a few questions to ask:

What’s happening?

What can I do better?

What do you need?

Where can we improve as a company?

How can we uplevel?

What’s keeping you from upleveling?

What kind of resources do you need?

What’s your biggest challenge right now?

Where do you see opportunity to grow?

What’s working?

What’s not working?

Taking time and space to ask all those questions and uncover those answers will get you so far in your company. If you don’t think your answers are within your company, then go outside your organization. You can learn anything right now as a leader – you just need to be open and ask the right questions.

Remember, everything you need to know is right in front of you – all it takes is asking the questions.

Keep evolving, entrepreneur! I see you, I get you, and I’m so proud of you.
