How are you thinking about your numbers? As we are approaching the end of the year, a lot of us can become hyper focused on the numbers. They are key indicator of your business success and they are important.

But – I want you to look at them in a new way.

Look at the monthly numbers only.

1. Forecast out your next 12 months.
2.
Then take those numbers and look at the last 12 months.
3. Take a snapshot of the numbers

Chances are if you haven’t met your calendar numbers and goals, if you capture last month’s and it was a good month and you are on the correct trajectory, then your next 12 months should be on goal

If not, your numbers tell a story and we need to see how to improve.

4. Make sure you are looking at both top-line and bottom-line

I want to make sure you are constantly looking at the numbers. Don’t shy away from the numbers because it is vital to your business and it’s success.

Keep evolving, entrepreneur! I see you, I get you, and I’m so proud of you.
