When you go through growth and new hires, oftentimes there becomes overlap and this creates redundancies and inefficiencies in your products or services in your businesses.
You need to pull apart everything and instead of plugging and playing with the people in your business, you need to plug and play with the products and services.
Take your service and client experience from zero to delivered. From new client to delivery and client for life, you need to analyze that process. What does that process look like? For each step of the way, which person on your team needs to be involved.
You need to start with what needs to happen first, and then you determine the processes. When you have new people on the team and people upleveling on your team, you must have a process. Everybody’s time is valuable, and we are all so busy – make sure you are not wasting time with redundances and inefficiencies. Your employees each must have ownership of a part of the process. This creates a better experience for both your clients and your team.
Dissect the process from start to finish and you will see great results.
Keep evolving, entrepreneur! I see you, I get you, and I’m so proud of you.
