I love the work that I do.

I own and lead a multi-million dollar, national lumber and carpentry company AND as a bonus (I am for real, here) also, am able to serve my true purpose and passion of coaching individuals, partnerships, and teams to evolve and propel personally and professionally through the coaching and strategy work I do at iEvolve Consulting.

For those who haven’t worked with a coach in their professional world, it may be hard to fully understand what it is, how it works, why you need it, what is the point. I get those questions a lot. It is an abstract thing to grasp and explain. My advice, simply try one session, and you will be blown away. The outcome is clarity, feeling lighter, supported, safer and not so isolated. When I coach there are three rules. Number one, it is highly confidential, two, it is a safe, non-judgement zone, and three, you decide how deep, real, raw, and honest you want to be with yourself, me and the process. The more willing you are to be open, honest, and vulnerable, the more you will gain from it. This is your journey and I am here to guide you. With that, someone must be fully ready to be coached. I feel like I have a sixth sense or maybe it is an innate bull shit monitor I possess, but I simply know if they are ready to commit or not. They must also, be coachable. Some people are and some aren’t. Again, my innate abilities go into play here and I can sense those you are and those who aren’t’. I don’t work with those that are not ready and not coachable. Period.

So, with that backdrop, I thought it would be interesting to share some names I have been called after my sessions. Here are some of my top favorites: A business Therapist, A Real-Life Unicorn (yup, no joke here), a ball of clarity and energy, A Venting Post, My business bestie, my sanity check point, my friend on the lonely island of entrepreneurville, My safe zone, my compass and my favorite one….The Female Version of Marcus Lemonis. Yes, if you know him or you are him and reading this, let’s do a show. We would make great things happen. By the way, I forgot to mention, I am also, a firm believer in putting things out to the universe!

So, please don’t be fearful of seeking the help of a business coach. In this day in age, with everything moving so quickly in business with technology and the world we live it, you don’t need to do this alone. It is ok to ask for help, seek help and use the help that you get to propel you to new levels that maybe you didn’t even know are possible and beyond.

The easiest place to start is to schedule a call. Let’s talk about you and your business. I’ll link my calendar below. Don’t overthink it, just scheduled it. I am ready if you are. Thanks for the follow. I would love to get to know you more.
